Smith & Wesson 32-20 Hand Ejector Target

.32/20 Hand Ejector serial 26400* shipped on July 19, 1906 to Schmelzer & Son, Kansas City.

While the star indicates a repair no invoice was found. There is what appears to be a repair date of 3-15. Thoughts are that the barrel was swapped, although the barrel SN is present and matches the gun. They werre marked 32 Winchester CTG until 1914. 1914-1922 the marking was 32 WCF CTG which would coincide with the 1915 repair date.
