In 2025, we decided to do an annual tribute shirt honoring the people and places that influenced our firearms interests over the years. The 2025 tibute shirt subject was the John Jovino Gun shop. Started in 1911 by John Jovino. Sold to the Imperato family (Henry Rifles) in 1920. Located at 183 Grand Street, NYC it survived as the longest serving gunshop in NYC until finally closing in 2020. It change hands a couple times before sky rockecting operational costs and anti gun sentiment drove it to the brink. Covid finished it off.
